Know who has it
Check something out to a person with a due date, and check it back in. Every asset carries its current holder, and the history says who had it before, when, and what changed.
See what is late
Anything past its due date is surfaced as overdue rather than sitting quietly in a list. The count is on the dashboard, so it is the first thing you see rather than something you go looking for.
Reserve without taking
A reservation is a separate thing from a checkout, so you can claim something that is currently out with somebody else, for a window with a start and an end. Taking an item reserved for another person needs a deliberate override, not a silent reassignment.
Stay ahead of maintenance
Put a recurring interval on an asset and the next due date is worked out from the last completed service rather than stored and forgotten. Due and overdue servicing show up beside everything else.
Raise a work order
When something needs fixing, open a work order against the asset with a status and a priority, and keep it attached to the thing it concerns.
Share a pool of kit
An organization is a shared set of assets several accounts own together, with owner, admin and member roles and a workspace switcher between your own things and each organization you belong to.
Keep the detail
Serial number, location, purchase date and value on the asset itself. Notes where the story does not fit in a field. Links between assets for a kit and its contents, an accessory, or the thing that replaced it.
Get it back out
A sortable table with multi-select, a map of where things are, and CSV export of exactly the rows you filtered to. Your records stay yours and stay portable.

- Yes. An asset can carry a recurring maintenance interval, and the next service is computed from the last one completed rather than stored, so completing a service moves the schedule instead of leaving it stale. Work orders sit against the asset for the jobs themselves.
- Can I get my data out?
- Yes. Filter the table to the rows you want and export those rows as CSV. It is generated in your browser from records you can already see.
